Menopause (and peri-menopause) doesn't only affect the person experiencing it. It can affect relationships, communication, family life and work, and the people around them can find themselves trying to navigate changes they don't fully understand.
Most menopause conversations are aimed at women, so I want to hear from the men around them.
This is a short, optionally anonymous, survey for men who have supported or are supporting someone through peri-menopause or menopause. No sign-in required. No need to provide an email address.
Your responses will help me understand the experience from a different perspective, and explore what better support and conversations might look like.
This is not about testing what you know, or judging how you handled a situation. It is about learning what you find or found difficult, what you wish you'd understood earlier, and what might help other men and women navigating the menopause transition.
This is a small exploratory survey, not a representative study of all men. The aim is simply to listen and learn.
Thank you to everyone who takes part and to anyone who shares the survey with a man who might have something to say.
Survey closes 30th September 2026.
We talk about the women experiencing it. But what about the men around them?
